Over this past weekend I had free Starz channels and the movie Meatballs was on. I was about to set my DVR to record it when I remembered this post. I decided to leave it as a childhood memory. I had recorded 'The Jerk' previously but hadn't watch it, I decided to just delete it instead of watching it again.

I've just GOT to disagree with you on the Wild Wild West movie. I thought it was great! They even kept the music and the photo mosaic concept.

My favourite part of re-watching early (not always) first episodes of old shows is finding actors in bit parts that I have seen in bigger roles since.
For instance, Dennis Haysbert (24, The Unit, Allstate commercials) as an orderly in Murdoch's hospital in an early A-Team episode. Really didn't think he could be that old.

Good spot...but no. Still eminently watchable. (Only considering Alien and Aliens - particularly ignoring things like Alien vs. Alf etc.)

I liked the concept of Aliens VS. Predator, but the movie didn't live up to my expectations.

Once a year I watch 'The Sound of Music' with the family. This is one movie that could never be properly redone.

I liked Wild Wild West too. It IS fun to see actors you like back before they were well known.

I've seen this on your post for some time now and I couldn't figure out what it was from, then a couple months ago I was flipping the channels and came across this movie already in progress, and within 5 minutes I heard this line.:-)

Wild Wild West was great. The Movie was not!
