I had the Portal admin copy the DB manually and it was infinitely quicker. Will be creating a PowerShell script to automate now.

I've also noticed that in sysprocesses we also have 5 rows with 4 showing CXPacket as the last wait time with huge amounts of waittime while the other shows SOS_SCHEDULER_YIELD...
