Here's something that should work for you, using the UserAccount table and values that Steve Collins posited above..

CREATE TABLE UserAccount
    (
   ...

IMHO, there is always a story with the data:  it's an inescapable function of data analysis.  And if you don't tell a story, the listener or reader provides their own...

What you've described is not a scientist, but an engineer. Not that there's anything wrong with that....
