Seems your user id don't have access on ssis catalog. Grant ssis_admin role to user id on SSISDB catalog then try to perform import and export.

Wrong Answer. DBCC Shrinkfile applies to both data and log files. Also it changes physical log file size.

I analyzed and tune the queries consuming more cpu resources.
It resolved high CPU utilization(continuously 100%) problem and also improved performance .
