Use, N0 in format col of property box of field (N and zero) zero means zero decimal if you want decimal places then put 1,2,3... upto whatever decimal places you want...

Just drop simply row fiel,col. field and data field and it will give you total automatically.

If it's not working then could pleas explain bit more....

Just select the col. by  clicking and click right mouse button ->Properties->advance->Visibility-> here you can click on hidden radio button.

Now selected col. will not be visible....
