Hmmm... I wonder what they did from 2k5 to 2k8 because it used to be "guaranteed" as of 2k5.
Yeah, the bugs in the metadata were fixed in 2005 RTM, fixed again in SP1 or 2, fixed again in SP3. Let's just say that the fixing took a while.
