SSRS Email Subscriptions to a Distribution List

    Hi all,

    I have this concern regarding email subscriptions to a distribution list stored in exchange server.

    Currently, we have a requirement whereby we need to email a reporting service report daily to our users. Then again, we have a whole list of users (almost 30+) which we have to enter it into the "To:" box in reporting service when creating the subscription.

    Because we are using smtp to send the email out to our users, is it possible to use the distribution list?

    Yes you can send an email to distribution lists. You can just enter the distribution list name followed by @yourdomainname.com or whatever the extension is.
