Hi
I have read various other questions on this issue and it seems I have another problem. I cannot create a standard maintenance task. I can so by using the Maintenance wizard, but the wizard is not giving me the option to use TSQL statements.
I also tried going to the Tools menu to add toolbox items but Choose Toolbox items is greyed out. I am logged in as a sysadmin.
I need an answer urgently as we have DB restore plance combined with TSQL tasks and other maintenance plans with only TSQL tasks

I completely missed right click and show all, what concerns me still though is that tools Choose Toolbox items is greyed out, should it be?

Are you using latest version of management tools? Can you provide screenshot?
