SSMS 2008 R2 query window does not recognize newly added tables

    Hi,

    The Intellisense in SSMS 2008 R2 does not recognize a newly added table. e.g. If a table A is added, a query window is opened and I begin to type a SELECT statement, the newly added table name is not visible in the Intellisense. However, if I close SSMS and reopen it, the newly added table does appear in Intellisense.

    Is there a way to have newly added items, added to Intellisense without opening and closing SSMS?

    Ctrl+Shift+R to refresh intellisense local cache.
