SSIS template package with default properties

    Hi all,

    I'd like to create a package that will be used as a template for other packages.

    But I'd like set some properties in this template, for example I'd like to set DelayValidation = true for all new tasks that will be added later. So, anytime a new task is added, it has DelayValidation=true.

    Is anybody aware of a possible way how to do that?

    Thanks a lot for any suggestions.

    Unfortunately, you can't.

    You can do some template manipulation of the base package, though:
