SSIS Cant save FTP connection manager password

    How can I save FTP connection manager password ? It is not saved when I execute the task.

    Please help..

    More than likely this is to do with the ProtectionLevel property of a SSIS package.

    If set to DontSaveSensitive then password are not saved within SSIS packages.

    Instead use a Package Configuration to store the password, either in a file, registry or SQL table.
