SQL Server Reporting Service

    Hi All,

    Recently I have installed SQL Server 2005 Reporting Service in a workgroup. All users who want to connect and using this service are in Domain. What is the best solution regarding this issue? I planned to create users locally in Reporting Server and give permission to them but I doubt that this is according to Microsoft Best Practice.

    Any idea regarding this issue will be appreciated.

    Create an Active Directory security group, add the users to the group, then give the group the necessary permissions. This way, when a user leaves or joins, all you have to admin is the group in AD instead of updating RS all the time.
