Is there a way for email notification for both success and failure?

Sure. On the Notifications tab, just select "On Completion", instead of either "On Failure" or "On Success". There's a drop-down for it right after where you put in the person/group to send the e-mail to.

One thing I would suggest - email on failure only. You'd be surprised how de-sensitized you will become to the influx of emails, especially if 99.9% are successes. If the emails are only on failure, which would probably mean some kind of reaction on your part, you'd know immediately that you had to do something to correct the situation.
