Hello,
I have found out the error:
SQL server internal error.
Do you know how to investigate?
May be is from a query where check 2 fields with different datatype: timestamp with binary (8).
The problem is that same query run on other servers.

Are you talking about a problem you are having internally or a problem that the sqlservercentral.com site is having??

The problem is on internally and
SQL SERVER 2000 SP4.

You need to check the windows and server logs to see what is the exact error. You're basically asking I ahve the blue screen of Death, what is the problem. We need more details to be able to point you in the right direction.
