Hi guys,
Does anybody have a link to a website preferrably microsoft where I can find information about sql server db naming convention specification (best practices). Thanks in advance.

Specifying naming conventions is a hotly debated issue for all developers (including microsoft), for example: Addy maintains that tags in field names uniformly apply the naming style across all database elements, but Benny prefers that a field name remain independent of its data type and so on.

There is a devleoping standard for it in the ISO-11179 standards.
