I have two questions that I need help with;
1. Is the final RTM version of SP3 ready?
2. Do I need to install SP1 and SP2 prior to install SP3?
Please help me. Thanks!

1. No. RTM is not ready. Only CTP is available.
2. No. No need to install SP1 and SP2. You can directly install SP3

Thank you so much Suresh. Since RTM is not ready for sp3 yet, do I need to install sp1 prior to install sp2?

No need, just install SP2

All previous updates from SP1 and SP2 are "rolled up" into SP3.
Therefore, you will be able to apply SP3 directly onto the RTM version.
