  Hi,

  I'm trying to install SQL Server 2008 R2 in 2 node cluster. But it's failing with the below error:

  Cannot execute a program. The command being executed was "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\csc.exe" /noconfig /fullpaths @"C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Temp\yh1z9vbd.cmdline".

  Is this a bug or known issue?

  Could you please advice if there is any fix?
