Hi All,
I m installing SQL 2005 Ent edition Client tool on windows xp sp3.
Pentium(R) D processor with 2.66Ghz.
2 GB RAM.IE7.
IIS installed.
.Net framework is 3
But still installation fails.
when i look at C:\Program files\Ms Sql srver\90\Setup bootstrap\Logs\Summery.txt
it shows me that hardware\software requirement doesnot match. and setup fails.
also i got 1 pop up msg only 1 first few installation attepts please find attached snapshot for same.
Please do needful

I am installing client tools.
It allows client tool.

Clcik Start>Run> type dxdiag and hit enter. Save the log info and post it here.
Look at the application and system event logs. Post here any errors.

Problem was with dump.May be dump was corrupt
when i install from CD it worked. sorry for wasting your valuable time!
