Space Issue

    Hi All,

    In one of my Drive a folder has all the datafiles.Sometimes the freespace in the drive decreases and after some time it increases.Wht is happening in the background.Some of the database is in Simple mode and some in Recovery mode.I'm using SQLSERVER 2000.

    Is your log file also in the same drive?

    Is 'Auto Shrink Database' setting is set to ON?

    Yes log files is also present on the same drive.

    The Auto Shrink database option is not enabled.
