In My Production server i want to install Sqlserver2005 service pack3 before applying
sp3 what i can do?????

Isn't sp3 service pack 3? Or are you talking about a Windows service pack and a Sql-Server service pack? It doesn't make sense.

Just backup all your databases and then apply the SP.
This should be done in a maint. window obviously because your either have to stop some services during the upgrade or reboot to complete the install. I like the reboot option, especially if you apply other windows patches at the same time.
