Send Mail Task is not Working

    Hi All,

    We were configured the send mail task for entire package.

    Execute Sql Task--a.package

    |

    |

    Dataflow Task --- b.package

    But its not working when package is failed, Please let us know where to trouble shoot this problem.

    hello, first u need to configure ur SMTP connection manager,

    after doing this try to send a test, if it works fine then ur sent mail

    task also works fine........:-)

    Thanks for reply,

    I already configured SMTP configuration for send mail task even though its not working.

    I presume need to change some of the options under the send mail task/error.

    could you please give suggestions on so!!!!!!!!

    Kumar,

    Can you provide more details like error messages or something? It is not very clear what is not working.
