Hi folks,
I have an SSIS package created. When I run it manually, it runs fine, but when I schedule it to run as a job, it fails.
This is the message I'm getting:
Executed as user: domain\account. The package execution failed. The step failed.
Keep in mind that I'm using the same domain account for for SSIS service and SQL Server Agent. It's local admin on the server. Am I missing something?
Please help!

Gary,
Are you generating a log file? What does the log file say? There will probably more detail in there that will someone to help. The message you gave is too generic.

You still need to add the ID to the proper dts role on the msdb database.
