Report prints on one page only

    Hi,

    I've written a report that only displays one page. When I run my storde proc with the same parameters I get over 3000 rows but my report only displays a few hundred.

    When I go to print layout, there's 27 pages but the preview only has one.

    What do I need to set on my report to display multiple pages?

    Hi,

    I think to change the preview view so that you get multiple pages you will need to change the size.

    To do this go the layout view and in the properties window select the report from the drop down and then under the layout heading change the interactive size so that it is the same as the page layout.

    When you preview your report you should get multiple pages.
