Report Manager 2008 r2 - Username/Password prompt 3 times then blank page

  Hi all,

  I am really having a difficult time getting Reporting Services working on SQL 2008 r2.

  The problem is whenever anybody connects to Report Manager, (who is not Remote Desktop'ed into the server), they get prompted for a username/password. No matter what is typed in, this prompt appears 3 times and then a blank page loads.

  It's this response for right passwords, wrong password, non-admins and admins.

  Keep in mind this is 2008 so IIS-based solutions aren't relevant.

  Does anybody know how to get past username/password & connect to Report Manager through a remote IE window??

  Starting from sql server 2k8 username passwords are to be keyed in as anonymous authentication is disabled. Not too sure abt 3 time prompt.
