Report filed with IIF

    Hi,

    How can is set the filed on the report to show only records with certain set

    for example:

    i only want to show field.recordid = not null other needs to be excluded.

    How can i do it?

    You have two options depending on what you need. Typically, I would just exclude these records from the original dataset in the first place. The other option is to set the Visibility properties for the field/row to whatever expression you need.

    Hi,

    Select table and Click F4

    In Report Properties Window goto Filter

    Enter Filter Condition in it
