print matrix group header on each page?

  Does anyone know if printing the group header on each page is possible?

  My problem is that my matrix expands pages horizontally (and vertically).

  What I want is for the group header(s) to show up on the subsequent horizontal pages.

  I have the print group header with the matrix selected, but it doesn't work for multiple pages.

  I'm guessing I'm shooting in the dark, but thought I'd try.

  I find the column and row headers print on subsequent pages fine without selecting anything specific.
