  • USE MSDE!

    1. Its free

    2. Link each mdb as linked servers

    3. Write your queries in sql !

  • Sukhoi,

You are asking Microsoft SQL Server people to answer a question about Microsft Access. While there is a forum for that on this site, it's mainly because some SQL Server work deals with Access. Such as upgrading. This is the same with the Oracle forum.

I will guess that most people on this site rarely use Access and are not experts in it. We can answer basic questions.  Your best choice would be to find a site that deals specifically with Microsoft Access. You will get your best answers/solutions there.

  • anyway, in Access you would just link the "external data" in File --> external data etc.
