Hi all, need help with these questions with basic explanation and at least one real time scenario or issue and solution please on one word answers or Hyperlinks .
2)partitions on Clustered Indexes and can we put it on Different file group than regular table.
3)What are DMVs and what have you used so far.
4)Performance Tuning Execution Plan.
5)Complex SSIS package (xml file and parsing).
6)File System in SSIS package.
7)If a application is running slow how do u find it out SQL Server Profiler.
8)what all events have to look for SQL server profiler.
9)How to if there is a problem with an index, like if the index is fragmented?
10)Indexes: How can you tell if an index should be re-built?
11)if you are on-call support and unable to fix the issue what will you do.

Google is your friend.
If you're looking for something like interview answers, an interview like that will eat you alive unless you know the stuff cold. Any DBA worth his salt can spot someone who just memorizes answers a mile away. All it takes is a slightly misleading question or a little further digging to find out your knowledge is only skin deep.
