HI,
IT depends on which track you want to follow.
For DBA Track
70-432 ( Implementation and Maintenance of SQL 2008)
For Developer Track
70-433 ( SQL server 2008 - Database Development).
It all upon your decision.

Hi,
So far as certification is concerned. first you have to make up your mind like for which version of SQL SERVER you want to get certified.
1. SQL SERVER 2000
2. SQL SERVER 2005
3. SQL SERVER 2008
4. SQL SERVER BI (Business intelligence)
I think Microsoft has stopped supporting SQL SERVER 2000 Certification now.
for a complete detail pls use this link.
It is a site of a company which provides training for various certificatin courses .
