Is there a way to change the owner of a Meta Data Service DTS Package? I have an sp that can change a regular DTS package owner but I can't find the DS DTS packages in the mdsb database/sysdtspackages table. Anyone any ideas?

I searched this site and found nothing. The only suggestion I've had so far is to add the user to the Target Server Role on the msdb database, but the user was already in this role.
I ended up giving the user temporarily sysadmin permissions but this was just a short term solution.
Anyone know where in the msdb database this information is located?
