a while ago, my log shipping desynchronised, i reinitialised it by doing the backup manually , and restore , then run the log shipping , all the jobs i mean LSBackup,LScopy and LSrestore are working properly but the alert on alert monitore on the secondary server is still showing the red lines.
it says that the logshipping reached the threshold keep staying on the red line. but on individual job from server, everything seems to be correct.
can someone help on this

I've run into a bug before where the LS Restore happens but for some reason does not get accurately represented in any built in reports or functions. Your best bet might be to create your own alert job and query the logshipping tables in MSDB manually.

thx for your response , i was intending to do that but i would like to have a fix on this too.
is there any fix for that ?

It has possibly been fixed although I could not tell you what build provided that fix. I've not seen the behavior in 2008 R2 to date.
