log shipping with Filestream

  Hi,

  We have databases with FILESTREAM enabled and need to configure log shipping.

  On primary instance:

  Data files in D drive

  Log files in E drive

  Filestream files in F drive

  When I configure log shipping:

  1. On secondary instance, what will be the steps we need to set up other than enabling the Filestream feature?

  2. Does the Filestream files get automatically log shipped to secondary instance via log shipping?

  Please advice

  1.) The Only Thing which is to be configured is Enable File Stream ( And You Have Done It Already). And you can configure Your Log Shipping.

  2.) FileStream data will be shipped Automatically With Log Shipping.
