    log shipping job failing any idea why?

    all jobs are failing

    it suggests your log backup job is failing. Have you done an initial full backup? Is the database still in full or bulk logged recovery mode?

    Is this the log shipping you re-created yesterday because you deleted the agent job?

    yes I created a new database with a backup file and recreated the log configuration

    Got a job somewhere changing recovery models? Perhaps after the full backup?
