Linked server times out

    Hello,

    I have to query a view on a remote server and the view itself is a multiple-table join.

    My problem is I am timing out when I use linked-server. I changed connection property on remote server for RPC timeout to '0' (unlimited) also used sp_serveroption and changed query timeout property to 0. Nothing seems to help. Please provide some light

    Check the query time out in your query analyzer in tools, options, connetions tab.

    It is set to 0 (unlimited)
