Linked server login error on some queries, but not all

    I changed the sa password on all of my servers over the weekend. As I did this I also updated the linked servers because I use the sa login to link the servers. Now we are having issue were some queries the go across the servers and we get the error below. The funny thing is that I only get the error on some queries, but not all of them. Any ideas?

    Msg 18456, Level 14, State 1, Line 1

    Login failed for user 'sa'.

    Issue resolved. I was pointed to the wrong server for the isse. Once I found the server it was actually going to, I update the linked server connection information and it worked.
