  I have SQl server 2000 enterprise edition service pack 2, Windows 2003 SP2 . I need to install Service pack 4 . it is an Active Active cluster. this is the first time I am installing Service pack on Cluster. So , Please try to explain me in detail what are the pre-requisities, Post Requisities & the Steps I need to follow while installing the SP4 .
