Install Sql Server 2005(Reporting service) standard Edi - Vista Home Premium

    Hi ,

    Has anyone Installed Sql Server 2005( Reporting service) standard Edition on Vista Home Premium, I have tried few blog but could not Install. Can any one Guide me?

    When i am running set up Reporting service Option remains disabled. I have installed SP 2 and even SP 3 . Have i missed something ? :unsure::(

    The short answer is no and check below for the long answer and read the last comment which uses SSRS2008 with SQL Server 2005 relational engine.

    I need to Try this out. But i have SQL server 2005. So as a work around i have installed reporting service on XP( on another Laptop).
