Hi!
Does the SQLServer 2005 store the information when a row was inserted or updated by itself?
I guess it doesn't...
-> I have a legacy DB and want to select rows that were created or updated before 2007. The Table doesn't store the dates.

No it doesn't sorry.
You could maybe try something with the Transactional Log and do a point in time restore of your data.
