i dont know how to measure the sql server performance...

  • Well, there are many tools and methods that you can use to look at SQL Server performance.  There are many performance related articles on SSC and also on http://www.SQLServerPerformance.com.  Much of what I do depends on the type of performance problem that I encounter.  Are you having a specific performance problem?
