How to create a new User/Group in Report Manager

    I read about how Report Manager Secure Folders by providing Folder Security so that no unauthorize user can access the Reports in other folders.

    Who are these users? or they come from Domain Active Directory? How I can create NEW USER or GROUP within Report Manager?

    They come from Active Directory (AD)...
