how to connect sql server from different machine on same network

    Hi every body..

    i have enterprise edition installed at my Pc. i want to connect server running on my pc from a different PC( desktop engine is ruunning on it).

    can any body suggest what steps i should follow ??

    From Enterprise;

    Right-click SQL Server Group;

    Choose New SQL Server Registration ...,

    ...

    You would not miss it.

    The Desktop Engine might not have any network libraries enabled (only Shared Memory is enabled). If that's the case, this KB explains the issue and what to do:
