Just for yourself, or a centralised solution for everyone?
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.

Do you mean data captured from SQL Audit? Or do you mean track all activity that is executed through SSMS? If it's the latter, you can set up some auditing/extended events to look for the program name from sys.dm_exec_sessions, but this isn't guaranteed. It might be good enough for you, but be aware that this could be a problem.
Typically the name is " Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio - Query", but this might be different across different SSMS versions.
