i altered model db to another path after that i restarted the services but it cant and unable to connect to the server also plz help me

which version and edition of sql you in?
Why I asked because moving the model in sql 2008 is having different approach in compare to sql 2005.

What error message do you get when login fails?
Check the services. Is SQL server in running status?
If no, check the Windows Event log.
