Sure, sounds easy enough. What problems are you envisaging?
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.

Pardon my ignorance but, I don't know much about SSIS. Is FTPing a choice in the wizard when I set it up? Could you point me to a decent tutorial on the subject?

You can use an FTP task in SSIS. You might want to look at Brian Knight's book. Knight's Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Integration Services 24-Hour Trainer
It covers the basics of SSIS.
