i have a flat file and i want load the flatfile in to destinations problem is my flatfile is created with some delimeted,fixed width like then how to configure a flatfile in source

Easiest thing to do is post some sample data. Your description is not detailed enough.
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
