Do you have a known number of file extensions or is it random? Are the files all in the same folder?
Here's one way if there is a known number of extensions and the files are in the same folder:
First download the File Properties Task from pragmaticworks.com.
Then I'd do a ForEach loop over the folder and the first step within the loop would be the file properties task to put the extension in a variable. Then I'd build a dataflow task for each possible file type and the workflow would use success and constraint (Extension = "N") to determine which data flow task to use.
This may not be the best option, but it is one.

- no , i can't use any thirdparty tools due to security issue.
- yes I have 4 types of extension files in a folder (.vv ,.hh,.pp,.ss)
- .vv extension should go in VV table & same for others..............

Okay the premise remains the same, you'll just need to parse the file nam eto get the extension to use the right data flow task.
