Error while deploying Report to Report Server

    I am having the following error while deploying reports on the report server. I am deploying from the separate maching.

    A connection could not be made to the report server http://192.11.2.11:136/ReportServer.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    The request failed with HTTP status 407: Proxy Authentication Required ( The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy filter is denied. ). (System.Web.Services)
