Doesn't tell us anything. There are other logs that may tell you more, you just have to look for them.

I thoroughly looked at Event logs,SQL Logs and did not find anything.Is the problem with the PowerShell script?

Instead of guessing, maybe add some logging and diagnostics to the script?
