From what I've read so far from Microsoft, the only SQL Server 2005 daylight savings issue is with Notification Services.

Besides the server patch, has anyone heard of any SQL 2005/2000 patch's which need to be applied.

SQL Server gets it's time from the OS, so no patch is needed.

Is there a way to sign up with Microsoft to get alerts when there is a patch for SQL Server products?
As I visit this site often, I am glad that I checked this message, otherwise I wouldn't have known beforehand.

I don't have the URL handy but you can go to microsoft.com and register for updates...
