Hi,
I deleted a database by accident and I've no back up for it - is there any other way I can retrieve it - maybe some kind of recycle bin somewhere.
A long shot I know but that's the stage I'm at this afternoon!

No, nothing like a rycycle bin exists. Backups and how there handled always seems to be lesson one. Good luck Brother.
